FIND YOUR SIZE
After you've selected the perfect style of waist trainer for your body type, you can now select your size.
Measure your waist and find the size on the size guide for the product you'd like to purchase.
HOW TO MEASURE
Measure the contour of your waist by placing the measuring tape as shown below. If you're in between sizes, we recommend ordering a size larger. Most of our garments have several rows of hooks and are adjustable so you can make them tighter or more loose as needed.
