Refunds/ Exchanges Policy
We've simplified our Exchanges Policy. If you don't absolutely love your purchase or it's not the correct size, please follow the instructions below so we can assist you right away with your exchange.
Exchange Policy: Please mail the product received to our main store in Coral Gables, FL., (Address Below) with the details of your order number and full name.
Upon receipt, we will send electronically issue a Gift Card for the full amount paid for the product excluding all shipping costs and applicable taxes.
We will only allow one (1) exchange per order. Exchanges will be processed when the returned package is received in our store. The products need to be in Brand-New condition. Please be extremely careful when trying on your items from ShapeWaist. If the product is not received in the same new condition it was mailed, we won't be able to exchange it.

4. Time Frame for Exchanges
You will receive an email with an Electronic Gift Card within 2-5 business days after we receive the original product at our store. The Gift Card will be for the total amount paid for the product. We will not be responsible for Discount Codes used, Shipping Costs. We will simply give you Store Credit for what you spent within Shapewaist. You'll be able to use it towards a new item.
All Gift Cards expired 180 days after being issued.
All “Be Sexy” Members receive Free Shipping on exchanges.
We will only allow ONE exchange per order. Exchanges will be processed when the returned item is received in our office. The item (s) need to be in Brand-New condition. Please be extremely careful when trying on your ShapeWaist. If you damage the ShapeWaist, we will not exchange it, it will be sent back to you without any further exchanges allowed.
