Absolutely lovvveeeee ShapeWaist! Of all the different brands I’ve tried ShapeWaist by far has been THE best choice when it comes to quality and effectiveness. I wear an XS and it’s very comfortable for me, I have been waist training for years and have definitely worked my way down to this size safely and slowly (starting at a medium about 3 years ago). I workout regularly and do ab exercises daily before putting my waist trainer on (this helps to form your muscle into that hourglass shape while underneath the waist trainer). By far, ShapeWaist is the best brand I have ever used and I’m now officially a loyal customer!!

I have previously bought two other waist trainers, a sport short and long torso cut trainer. They both had some imperfections with fitting. However, weren't a big deal because they were both good to use either way. My next choice was the classic all-latex cut resulting in a perfect size and literally "fit like a glove."

I got the XS waist trainer, and it feels just perfect. Is thight but very comfy. I can wear it with almost everything bc it wont show. So far I love it. The first few days are little uncomfortable but I was expecting that. Great product overall
