Following are the terms and conditions that constitute Shapewaist Enterprises’ Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy (within US)
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. We import every single item from Colombia so our processing time is always within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few extra days and you will be advised within 72 hours after you place your order of such delay.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will have the option to choose USPS Standard Shipping or USPS Priority Shipping. Please take into consideration, the processing time is separate from the shipping time.
Estimated delivery time and Shipment costs
USPS Standard 2-7 business days (not including processing time) -$7.99
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please make sure to review the product description as some garments will only be available throughout Pre-Order and these can take up to 21 business days to ship.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Shapewaist.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). shapewaist.com allows you to receive shipment transit information via text message, sms, email or through our new “Arrive” app which can be downloaded at Checkout. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. Customs, Duties and Taxes Shapewaist.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shapewaist.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Also, please contact us so we can assist you through this process. If the package is lost in transit, contact us at 888.657.7793 and the carrier to file a claim. We will assist you with placing the claim and making sure you receive the item you paid for.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide and the shipping will be calculated at checkout depending on your country of residence. All other shipping details and policies still apply.
Pre-Orders Shipping and Processing Time
If you're preordered your garment, it will show you the wait-time on the product page. For example, if the product says "garment will ship within 14 business days" it means that there might be a wait time of up to 3-4 weeks. Please make sure you read the details of the pre-order prior to purchasing.
