Which Shapewaist is right for me?
What length of waist trainer is right for me?
We have several lengths of our waist trainers so you can choose one that covers and fits your body type perfectly. Measure from under your bust vertically till your hips. Then match this measurements to the waist trainer closer to the measurement. Ex: If your torso measures 6 inches long from your bust to your hips, we recommend our Minis.
Here are the lengths per style:
Mini Waist Trainers : 8 inches in the front (where the hooks are) and 6 inches in the back.
Short Waist Trainers: 10.5 inches in the front (where the hooks are) and 8.5 inches in the back.
Classic Waist Trainers: 11.5 inches in the front (where the hooks are) and 10 inches in the back.
Long Waist Trainers: 12 inches in the front (where the hooks are) and 10 inches in the back.
Sport / Fitness ShapeWaists
We have plenty of choices when it comes to fitness shapewear. I personally love to workout with my Latex Short Waist Trainer . It is thinner, tighter and corrects my posture while I perform my toughest workouts. Even though I use this one, we have garments designed specifically for Fitness, our Sport Collection.
Our "Sport Collection" features several waist trainers designed specifically for your workouts. The outer fabric is made of spandex and latex with an inner layer of cotton. This blend makes the garment more flexible and versatile so you can move freely during your cardio or weight training sessions.
We also have our Fitness Belts - these are waist trainers with flexible closure system. The thick velcro and Ultra strong elastic band around the belt corrects your posture while still helping you reshape your waist without the compression of a corset. It is basically a short waist trainer with an added band to really target the waist and support your back while you lift weight.

Waist Training / Daily Use
Waist Training works but the main key for results is consistency. We recommend you wear a waist trainer daily for 2-8 hours for best results. We have several hypo-allergenic, comfortable waist trainers you can wear daily under your clothes.

Latex Waist Trainer - Long - If you're looking for more coverage in the back and front, this one is perfect to wear daily for up to 8 hours a day. Make sure you measure your torso to make sure it is longer than 8 inches. If it's shorter, choose the shorter version to prevent discomfort or roll up of the garment.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. We import every single item from Cali, Colombia so our processing time is always within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days and you will be advised within 72 hours after you place your order of such delay.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will have the option to choose USPS Standard Shipping or USPS Priority Shipping. Please note that the processing time of 3-4 business days is not included in the shipping time. Example: if you choose USPS 2 Days Priority Shipping - we will ship your package with such service once the item is available to ship after the processing time of the order.

Shapewaist.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). shapewaist.com allows you to receive shipment transit information via text message, sms, email or through our new “Arrive” app which can be downloaded at Checkout. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. Customs, Duties and Taxes Shapewaist.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Shapewaist.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, all packages are insured and if lost, we will file a claim and replace the order once the claim has been approved.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We ship worldwide and the shipping will be calculated at checkout depending on your country of residence. All other shipping details and policies still apply. Please note that sometimes our system can malfunction with international shipping costs; in this event, we will contact you directly and go over any changes in the shipping cost and delivery time.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We will assist you with placing the claim and making sure you receive the item you paid for.

Return Policy
Return Policy
What is our Return Policy:
We accept returns on items in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations for store credit *minus shipping costs*. All items being returned must also be accompanied by original packaging.
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to postmark your items for return. Your store credit will be issued on an electronic Gift Card which you’ll receive within 2-4 days from the day your item is received back at our corporate office.
Any item marked final sale is not eligible for refunds, store credit or exchange. There are also other products which are final sale due to the nature of the garment, please refer to the product details page prior to purchasing.
What if my return is past the 14 days?
Returns postmarked an additional 7 days outside of the 14 days policy will automatically be processed for an online store credit with a $7.95 restocking fee. Any returns postmarked more than 21 days from the delivery date are ineligible for returns, store credit or exchanges and will be automatically be shipped back to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
Does my store credit from my return expire?
Yes, any store credit issued for a return has an expiration date of 1 year from issue date.
What if I need to exchange for a different size or color?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original items for store credit to place a new order.
When will I get my Store Credit or Refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be fully processed. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 2-4 days for us to send you an electronic Gift Card with your store credit. Once the return has been processed we will send you an email so you know it’s on its way.
How do I return my order from within the U.S.?
For all U.S. orders please mail the product back to our corporate office. You have the option to request a pre-paid label from us. Please note that the return label has a cost of $6 USD and this will be deducted from the final credit issued for the return.
How do I return outside of the U.S.?
You will be responsible for any return international shipping and custom fees.
Please choose the shipping carrier of your choice. Any duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.
How to send back:
- Add all unwanted items to box.
- Stick the shipping label on box.
- Fill out return form *the more specific you are on the reason for return the better! We take your comments into account and it helps us improve.
- Include a packing list so we can ensure fastest processing time possible.
- Send us the return package using the carrier of your choice. Please declare it as “9801 US GOODS RETURNING” on your commercial invoice.
